Hello! I am Anya, a senior at Saint Francis High School. Autoimmune conditions can be extremely difficult to manage, and Crohn's Disease is one of them. Flare-ups can be hard to handle, so getting the right information early matters.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at age 16 and had trouble finding age-appropriate information. That experience is why I started Support For Crohn's. Through this nonprofit, I want to bring together podcasts, support groups, information sessions, and practical guidance that helps people feel less alone.
We provide expert resources, compassionate support, and a strong community network to enhance understanding and support for Crohn's Disease.
Experienced professionals delivering accurate, actionable, and compassionate support.
Reliable resources combined with heartfelt care for a supportive community.
Deep understanding and human support that fosters Crohn's awareness and connection.
At Support For Crohn's, we are committed to improving the lives of those affected by Crohn's Disease. We provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, connect with others, and access vital information and support. Our goal is to reduce stigma, advocate for policy changes, and ensure more complete care and support for everyone affected.
